I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna for therapy. You can click the Book Now button under booking to check if I accept your insurance.

Coaching is not billed through health insurance because it is not a clinical mental health service. Coaching is offered as a private-pay service.

What are your fees for therapy and coaching sessions?

If paying out of pocket, Individual therapy sessions are $175 per 50-minute session. Couples therapy sessions are $200 per 50-minute session. Coaching sessions are $175 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you offer in-person therapy and coaching sessions?

Currently, therapy and coaching sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

For therapy, clients must be physically located in the State of Delaware at the time of their session, as I am licensed to provide clinical therapy in Delaware. Coaching is available to clients outside of Delaware as well, making it a flexible option for individuals and families who live in other states. Coaching is not a clinical mental health service and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.

The Process

What to Expect

Walking into your first therapy session can feel like a step into the unknown. We prioritize creating a space that feels safe, quiet, and grounded from the moment you arrive. Our process is collaborative, working at a pace that respects your boundaries while gently nudging toward growth and self-discovery.

What happens during the first session?

The initial intake is a time for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. It’s a low-pressure conversation intended to establish comfort and common goals.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

Therapy length varies for everyone. Some clients find relief and clarity in a few months, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper personal growth. We will check in regularly to ensure the process remains meaningful and aligned with your needs.
